Those conditions will cover only for customers who purchased from the Wibrain shopping mall.
- 1 year warranty based.
- Returns must be shipped freight pre-paid.
- We may charge the repair cost to users if we find defects were caused by users.
- Products should be returned with a “ Returns Authorization Number ” . Users should contact to cs@wibrain.com beforehand.
Products not authorized for return shall be defined as "overgoods." Overgoods may be returned to you at your expense.
