It's the Touchscreen Driver.
If your touchscreen doesn't work after the re-installation of Windows XP, please download & install the attached file.
[How to Install the Touchscreen Driver]
1. Download the file and unzip it on the product.
2. Execute "Setup.exe" and follow the instruction.
3. After finishing the installation, restart the product.
4. Check up the measure sensitivity and positioning.
5. If the pointing positioning is not working properly, execute "Touchware" and calibrate.
6. You'd better check the version whether it's installed or not.
Go to "Touchware -> Hw info" on the Desktop of the Windows.
7. The version should be same as the title of it. If not, you need to do as above instruction once again.
